Welcome to DialedHub ("we", "us", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you ("you", "Subscriber") agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and use the Service for lawful business purposes only.

2. The Service

DialedHub provides access to a database of publicly sourced business information and tools to manage outreach (email and call tracking). Data fields including revenue and employee counts are estimates generated by modeling and may be inaccurate; certain emails are inferred patterns. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness.

3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You are solely responsible for how you use the data and the Service. You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA, and any state data or anti-spam laws;
Send email only from mailboxes you are authorized to use, include a valid physical address and a working unsubscribe mechanism, and honor opt-outs;
Obtain any consent required before calling or texting any phone number, and not text or auto-dial mobile numbers without proper consent (TCPA);
Not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited messages, or to resell the data except as expressly permitted.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage limits apply per plan.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee deliverability, responses, leads, sales, or any business outcome from using the Service.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DialedHub from any claims, damages, or penalties arising from your use of the data or Service, including your outreach activities and any violation of law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialedHub's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
